Does the system need internet?
Not for daily sales: selling, printing, and reports work offline. It needs a connection for activation, at least once every 7 days to verify the license, and when reporting invoices to ZATCA.
Is it compliant with ZATCA e-invoicing Phase 2?
Yes. Every invoice has a Phase 2 QR code and a signed UBL 2.1 XML file, the device is onboarded to FATOORA with an OTP, and invoices are reported from the session screen with one click.
Is there a monthly subscription?
No. It's a one-time purchase, and the price includes installation and training.
What hardware do I need?
A Windows 10 or 11 computer, a touch screen (recommended) or a mouse, and an 80 mm or 58 mm thermal receipt printer. A kitchen printer is optional.
Can I give customers a discount?
Yes, an invoice discount as a fixed amount or a percentage, with an optional reason and a maximum you set. Returns account for the discount share automatically.
What language is the system in?
The interface, receipts, and reports are in Arabic, designed for restaurants and cafés in Saudi Arabia.
Where is my restaurant's data stored?
On the restaurant's own device, in an encrypted database. We recommend regular backups and show you how during training.
